Will the NOHFC Due Diligence Service Provider I currently work with be changing?
NOHFC has recently entered a new contract with Deloitte LLP to act as its primary Due Diligence Service Provider. Most NOHFC Clients will be impacted affected by this change.
There will be no change to the NOHFC or REDB contact/support teams that NOHFC Clients are currently working with.
You do not need to take any action.

Why did NOHFC change its Due Diligence Service Provider?
In order to support the government’s objective of acquiring services that provide value for money and in compliance with government procurement directives, NOHFC regularly conducts a competitive process to procure due diligence services.
